How to have a simple website, with some static information, and a part that
 is easy to edit by all kind of contributors of the radio, preferrable via a
 simple webpage where they can type the text.

There are a lot of "Bulletin Boards" (phpBB is very much used), but I do not
want to turn the frontpage of the radio to a bulletin board.

I want to combine flexible contributions on the homepage with more than just
the title visible in a list as is in most BB's.

I want a programmation schedule integrated some way, so that the makers of
 the program can add info (in general or specific for their last broadcast).

It seems that I am looking for a website "content management system" (cms).
I like very much the slashdot approach, but realise that such a program may
 be overkill for what we need.

As I see what is possible, a mysql-php solution seems the way to go.
